    Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Peebles. I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was reasonably clean with efficient and excellent staff who have always been more than helpful and provide great customer service always. The property was in a magnificent and perfect location, to the Border hills.

    The hotel met the criteria, I would stay here again. Overall had very good stay for my three day visit. The location was magnificent, not too far from St Peter's. The workers in this place were accommodating and consistently courteous, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown.

    Had a blast with my friends! We tackled some exhilarating trails and even enjoyed the quirky decor in the breakfast room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely check out the good breakfast options.

    The only downside was the shower issue, made it tough for taller folks. It was a bit cramped because of the roof layout.
